They sent me a phone incompatible with my carrier at first, which I guess is fine and can be considered an honest mistake. But then they argued and tried to say it was the right phone, when it obviously wasn't. Took forever to eventually send me the right phone, so I had to go phoneless for a month and a half. Not fun

The device was as described except it has minor scratches on the screen, the listing said it had none. The seller refunded me some money to compensate, and I decided to keep the device. I am rating 3 stars because the device wasn't as described, but the seller worked with me to figure it out.
