The phone was exactly as described - very nice condition. However the phone took longer than expected to arrive. While that may have been on the shipping company, I *really* disliked the fact that it was sent normal ground taking well over a week to arrive. All of my other Swappa purchases arrived within 2-3 days of ordering.

Phone was as described until 6 months later. It be blacklisted exactly 6 months and 4 days later (falling just right outside of PayPal's 180 days of buyer protection). Seller refused to give a full refund for the phone and for the cost of shipping. Will be filing a complaint through IC3.gov against him.

The seller was prompt in his shipment of the phone. It arrived in perfect condition, and even had a protective glass film already attached to it. I am very pleased with the whole transaction.
