Overall good sale experience.

Phone packaging was poor, it got lost in the mail for 4 weeks and when it arrived the package was ripped open. Also it did not come with a charging cord.

I had an issue with my shipping address and the seller was reship and accommodate some of my requirements without any hassle.

this phone has a lot of scratches on the screen and the back but the seller still listed it as good and didn't talk about these defects.
