Prompt seller, fine price and easy transaction. Item arrived as described other than a single defective pixel on the screen. Also the so-called "air pod" bluetooth headphones were generic chinese headphones, not made by apple, but they worked. For future similar listings, I would recommend they include a longer cable plus possibly also the usb-c to 3.5mm headphone cable that came with the original phone.

Even though the details of the condition of the phone were a bit hidden and easy to miss and/or misunderstand, ultimately it was minor and I decided to keep the phone. It actually works great and I can easily ignore the faint G burned into the middle of the screen, it only is visible when the screen background is white. The employees at the first store gave me a scare but I went to another store and they were much more helpful and thought I got a really good deal. I would suggest putting the details of the damage in bold and not in the same paragraph under the list of included items in order to avoid future misunderstandings. Thank you!

I missed the information about the screen burn in... The Google G is intense on this screen. It clearly sat during early startup for days at a time. But... If I'd looked more carefully at the ad it was there to see... The included knock off airpods are pretty sweet though. :-)

Purchased a Google Pixel 2 and it was described as fair with faint screen burn and scratches on the case (not screen). Didn't even notice the scratches on the case and can't even find the screen burn. Could not have asked for a better phone. Seller was quick to respond to comment prior to purchase and shipped according the Swappa guidelines.
