Originally the item seemed to have issues, but there is a security scanner that runs after and during setup, that slowed down the phone. Also the phone does not have quick charge and so it charged slower than expected... device is now working great.

Device was advertised as paid in full, no balance, but am told by carrier it cannot be unlocked due to outstanding / unpaid balance.

Make sure to ask questions. Following night of delivery sent message. No response for days on Swapp so I disputed it. The phone was Mint BUT the biggest problem was the construction was not solid. It had a loose back and camera light was off center. Looking perfect means nothing with poor construction. The seller stated he didn't notice it because it was in a case and that it's a known issue of the phone. I wish that was described. Mint and Perfect I assumed a solid construction. During the PayPal dispute he only offered to send a case and said it should be fine. I mentioned a full refund since he belittled the problem and made it seem like a norm of no concern for future buyers. He responded and escalated it to PayPal before I could respond. PayPal went in his favor and stated it was as described. Really disappointed it led to this. I feel cheated and would be fine with the device but not for the price and was only offered a case from seller to cover the problem.

Matthew is THE best seller I have ran across here on Swappa. His description of the device was SPOT on. He kept me in the loop EVERY step of the way. Matthew even went to the step to get it unlocked, which was not how he was selling it!! You can't ask for better customer service. If there was a sixth star or a tab I could click to make him a "Prime Seller" I wouldn't second guess it, I would click that tab 100 times! I'd tell anyone looking into one of his devices that he might have or might be listing to jump on it before it gets bought by someone else. You won't be disappointed.
