The charging cord would not seat properly in the charging port when I took it to the store to activate it. The technician at the store said the charging port was "full of sand" and that was the issue. They had to clean it out and there was a considerable amount of sand. The phone did take a while to arrive also.

Worst purchase ever. 2 wks after purchasing the phone audio stopped working. Finally took in for second opinion and ‘logic board’ is bad, and basically will cost the same amount as a new phone to fix. Definitely don’t recommend this seller and given this is my first Swappa experience this will definitely be my last.
