Phone was described as mint condition and it was not. It had scratches on the back and a scratch on the glass. I negotiated a partial refund and it took a while to receive the money. The only reason I didn't return the phone is because I needed it immediately.

I paid full price at the time for a device that was not as described. people should use the word "mint" sparingly. device was good/very good with some issues I had to spend additional money to fix. after losing trust, I didn't want to send the phone back and be without both the money and the phone.
