There is a small chip on the side of the phone when I opened the mailing package. I would like to return the item. Most likely the postal services fault.

Phone received in perfect condition. I just inserted my SIM and I was good to go. There was no cable, adapter, or headphones, and no box for the phone (it was wrapped up in bubble wrap) but I didn't pay for any of those so it's fine.

Hi, the item was as described, but in the future for other buyers, please send with the box somewhat taped. During delivery, the box opened within the package and the iphone actually fell out and was loose. Otherwise, great phone. Thanks.
