Overall the phone was in good condition except that it is advertised as “UNLOCKED” but it came LOCKED to AT&T. Thankfully the phone was paid off so I was able to get it unlocked but if it wasn’t, that would’ve been another hassle. They also shipped it a flimsy envelope but thankfully it didn’t crack.

Slightly less than mint, as there is a mark or two, but a screen protector makes these negligible.

This falls far short of expectations. I plan to leave a corresponding review to warn other consumers. Given the poor quality of service, I feel compelled to leave an honest review reflecting my experience. Highly do not recommend. Was sold a phone "like new" in horrible condition!! Seller was not willing to take the phone back for me to purchase a usable one.
