Great experience. Called to check on specifics of delivery. Device arrived in good condition but charging cable plug came apart on first use. I will keep phone since I wasn't expecting a charging cable to come with it.

I just received iphone 5s. It showed up in mint condition as purchased. Charger and wall unit are new but not Apple. Turns on great but since bought unlocked for a move to Belize, no idea if works when SIM card added. For now gotta give 5 stars!
