I wasn't even actually going to buy a phone! I was just checking prices, when I came across this posting. Brand new and still $224.00 less expensive than buying one from Verizon. Now I don't have to go into contract or broke getting one from Verizon. I would have been crazy not to have snatched this up.

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star.
The phone was in"Mint" condition but the problem was that the phone couldn't hold the battery charge. At first I thought it was the battery, but after switching the battery with a different note 3 the battery was fine. Faulty phone was sent. I don't know if I can trust this seller or swappa again. Sending my phone back...

Bought item from the Wireless Guys, but perhaps blemishes on the screen were overlooked on the screen before shipping as a mint phone. It happens. However, seller offered return for refund, or a partial refund, for what would be the value of a "good" phone, and not a mint phone! I took the partial refund, and I praise the seller in helping out the customer.
