Initially I made a mistake in the purchase by having an incorrect shipping address on my paypal account. When attempting to fix the problem, the Swappa resubmit payment page wrongly stated my payment didn't go through... so I tried multiple different ways of payment. Each time my payment was "denied". Suspicious, I checked directly with my financial institutions and found Swappa had indeed charged me every attempt that I made. Thankfully, the seller quickly fixed my big problem by refunding all my mistaken payments. Thanks a bunch seller! It's refreshing to find someone both honest and helpful! The product arrived timely and in condition as advertised.
