The phone continually goes into a rebooting loop. It was in perfect cosmetic condition, but with extended use, we found it was defective. We thought this was just updates to Android, but within a week it was obvious it was not. If the seller didn't test it beyond rebooting and placing calls, they wouldn't have caught this.

The phone I received was defective (NBD, mistakes happen). The seller’s handling of the issue, however, was unacceptable. Seller will not respond to comments unless you click the “Swappa I need Help!” button, even then it takes days. Took most of the week before I was given a return shipping address, then I had to beg once more for my refund.
