It was listed at a good price and the packaging was good. Seller needs to improve listing pictures they had bad lighting and shipping time was delayed by about 3 days. Also the device has multiple noticeable scratches on the screen and the band provided doesn’t fit the Apple Watch.

Condition much worse than advertised: listed as "mint", "perfect condition", but watch was received with significant scratches on face and body, and didn't include a charging cable (which was shown in photos, and required by Swappa). Refunded and returned. Waste of my time and postage as well as the seller's.

Not sure how this seller earned such a good reputation, but buyer beware...

Great experience, quick delivery

I was going to just leave this as a neutral rating, however I just can't this one go. The listing grossly mis-represented the condition on the watch. This was in no way a "nearly new" watch only 4 months old. The seller failed to note that the box was not the original or that the sport loop band, in the picture with the battery health, was not included. I also believe that picture was not of the watch I received as it shows 96% health while the watch I received has had 93% since the day I received it. Responses to questions about shipping and the partial refund were slow. Over all a poor experience and I would not purchase from this seller again.
I regret that I only asked for partial refund due to the condition not being as described rather than returning for a full refund.
