My order was a mint condition, black, Galaxy Note 3. The phone was exactly as described with no dents, dings or screen scratches. Great condition. Included was an AC adapter/USB charger that works fine but the chord is grimy with signs of wear. It came in the original box which was in good condition with all original paperwork included in its original packaging.

The phone purchase was finalized on Tuesday, December 10, and scheduled to ship out Wednesday, December 11 but did not ship out until Friday, December 13. It arrived on Monday, December 16 via USPS Priority shipping.

Would be most helpful is seller would communicate more with buyer about purchasing process and shipping details. I found myself checking in, requesting information regarding the progress of the sale and other updates.

Overall the experience was fine. The phone was exactly as described. The seller apologized for the delay in shipping and packaged the phone well.

The Galaxy Note 2 arrived in a reasonable time and the description "Mint" is also reasonable - 2 very minor dings on the bezel edge. The only thing not as described was that the ROM loaded was Jelly Beans, not Jedi. Overall, I would definitely be willing to purchase from this seller again.
