Cancelled rather than complete the sale

Arrived super fast and as described! Although I wish the seller had stated that this is the bluetooth only watch, I'm still satisfied with the purchase.

The item came in and it was truly in great condition. Everything seemed to work flawlessly, and I am in love with it. The device was not shipped in 48 hours, as described on the listing but this was only a minor complaint. I do wish the AC fast charging adapter was included as well, instead of just the USB cable but I was able to manage without. Overall a great experience, and I would purchase from this seller again.

I paid for the phone. Seller cancelled sale but only refunded $300 of my $330 payment. I had to ask Swappa for help. Then she sent the $30 as a payment not a refund so Paypal kept $1.14. She decided to sell phone again but I had to wait for the hold on the refunds to be released by Paypal before I could re-purchase. Now that I have my funds available she has again cancelled the sale! I spent hours emailing back and forth with her for nothing. I would beware of this seller. She is not reliable. She is very communicative but impulsive and would not wait for a resolution before making numerous errors with my Paypal acct. Sending payments then new invoices then refunds... I was required to leave at least a 3 star or my comment would not be posted!
