Device never received, seller did not rectify the situation, buyer beware, they do not have insurance on any of the items shipped. No communication after trying to get a refund and now I am out money because seller does not know how insurance works. Beware!

Seller shipped fast. iPhone couldn't be activated though, but the seller had a return policy of 30 days regardless. I shipped back the phone and asked for my shipping fees refunded since that's in Swappa policy. Thanks for good service

I received the device. The camera was broken. In order to avoid having to be without a phone for an extended period of time (while shipping it back, waiting for a replacement or refund, buying a new phone, etc) I decided to keep the phone and have it repaired on my own. This was inconvenient and made the phone end up costing more than the $197 it was originally sold for. Could have been better (i.e. phone fully functional) but I will say that the seller was accommodating in giving me the opportunity to send it back. I just couldnt feasibly do that and wait without a phone any longer (I had already either lost/had my old phone stolen and been without for almost a week which was why I purchased this one in the first place) :-(
