Phone came better than expected (so would've rated five stars for sure!), but I would have liked to see better protection in package. Phone was in the Otterbox with the screen facing outward and nothing protecting it. Based on how rough the package looked, I'm surprised the screen wasn't in worse damage when I got it. 5 Stars to Otterbox, I guess! Anyway, all is well and happy with my purchase!
