Communication with seller was good until the end. Received the phone fairly quick. Phone came not as described. I followed Swappa guidelines to return and dispute with paypal per swappa staff. Seller wouldn't respond to papal dispute to get my refund back Had to get paypal involved and it took an week to get the money back.

This was advertised as a Verizon phone; however, after speaking with Verizon, I was advised that it is a T-Mobile phone and is unable to be unlocked by anyone other than the current account holder.

Received the phone and it was super clean, like mint condition and the price was excellent. The only problem was the battery was at the end of it's life and the phone was in a boot loop when trying to turn the phone on.....AND this was my first thing i experienced with this phone when i got it....so i was pretty TICKED OFF....after reading about this online i figured out that it was most likely the battery causing the problem....it would boot when plugged into the charger, but as soon as i took it off the charger the phone would reboot again and go into loop.... So i bought a new battery off of amazon for $8.00 and the phone works perfect now....My question is...why sell the phone like that????...instead of sending it to me jacked up!!! the seller OBVIOUSLY was aware of the battery thing....why not just buy the battery for $8.00 bucks of of amazon and sell it in good working condition....NOT good business in my opinion... just shady

So the seller did not post anything about having anything replaced on the phone and sure enough this guy sells iPhones with replaced screens. My phone arrived with the screen not being properly glued and I'm pretty sure I could have ripped it off. So I ask for a return/refund with the seller paying shipping costs. He finally agrees so I send the phone back.

When he gets the phone, he refunds me the shipping cost but not the actual cost of the phone. Over a 10 day period, I inquire about the refund through PayPal and Swappa with no response from the seller. After having to escalate to PayPal, he finally refunds me the money and gives an excuse of "I don't know what took so long." Oh, I know why, because you never hit the Refund button.

Future buyers, if you want an un-modified used iPhone someone is just trying to get rid of, look elsewhere. If you don't mind a replaced screen, then have some super glue ready and/or prepare for a hassle getting a refund.

The phone is in great condition. All features and functionality works. The only issue is that the ear piece is quieter than usual during phone calls. overall, would buy again.

The phone came in near flawless condition, yet it was marked as good with the only scuffing being on the stylus. I haven't really contacted the seller but I am more than happy and greatful. Cons: The phone screen has large surface marks from what I can only assume was from sliding face down across pavement or something similar. You can see rainbow marks on the screen where these are in the glass. The camera makes loud noises when activated and focusing. I'm also a little weirded out by the fact that the logo under the screen is a sticker unlike other Samsung devices I've had.

I'm? only keeping? the phone because I needed one asap and the price point wasn't awful. I wouldn't have bought this device if I had known about these issues.

Pro: Seller was quick to respond when there was an error in the shipping updates.
