The device was in condition described in listing and exactly what I expected.

However, I was pretty disappointed in the shipping of the item which is surprising because the sellers feedback had many "fast shipping" comments.

The payment was completed in the morning of the 24th, but the device was not dropped off at the post office till the 27th, more than the expected 2 days. Due to this delay, the device didn't arrive till after the weekend so my customer was without a phone for much longer than needed/expected.

Additionally, the item was sent via First Class (instead of Priority) and included no insurance, which is expected to be included in a Swappa sale.
