I'm giving this three stars for now for some reason the phone is not mint like the description said and also packaging was poorly done. May I add this phone has is not a mint condition phone its barely a fairly used phone careful buying from this guy.

This was a difficult transaction. When I received the phone I purchased it was not with the advertised carrier. I contacted the seller and a replacement phone was sent. However, it too was not with the advertised carrier. I returned the second phone and received a full refund as well as was refunded shipping for both returns. Shipping was slow and the seller had the returned phone for about a week before I contacted them inquiring about the refund having heard nothing. All is well now and made right, it was just complicated doing business with this seller.

Excellent price and fast shipping. I've checked the device for functionality and condition and it all seems to be in "mint" condition as advertised. I have not checked for water damage, as the device's back cover is connected to the device and I'd prefer not to mess with it.

I'd like to note that the phone was advertised as 16GB *and* 32GB, so it was unclear which it was. I suspected it was 16GB and that proved to be correct. I'd urge Scott to be just a bit more careful in the future about that information. I'm still very pleased with the device and Scott.

I'd give ZERO stars if i could! I received the phone April 9th. On inspection the phone itself and the back cover were both stamped Verizon although the software said Sprint. The ESN/IMEI/MEID sticker was missing. The speaker area had sustained liquid damage of some sort and made a buzzing/popping noise whenever sound came out of it. None of these issues were in the listing. I also returned the phone the next business day and although the USPS tracking said it was delivered on April 15th, I'm STILL waiting for my refund!

Useless phone (would not activate on plan), but SWAPPA required I use 2 stars as Seller refused return of phone that was not as advertised. Buyer beware of this seller.

The phone is in fair condition not "Good". Seller did not state that the camera glass was cracked..
