Fast Shipping. Phone is exactly as described. Excellent transaction. Only suggestion I could make for seller is pay the extra $5 to ship priority small box. A manila envelope with some bubble wrap and two slips of card board may have worked this time but a box would be safer and instill greater confidence in your buyers when the receive the item.

Device is as advertised. All ports are fine with the right covers. Primarily bought this phone as it is water and shock proof.

The phone (Moto G4) was exactly what I expected from Scott.

BUYERS BE AWARE that this model has a hardware issue related to the SIM card reader. Basically, once one put the SIM card into place, the phone won't recognize it. SOLUTION: Put a piece of scotch tape on the back of the sim card to force tighter contact with the reader.

Shipped fast, but the screen has been having ghost touch issues after one day.

EDIT: Still having some pretty bad ghost touch issues after multiple factory resets. I find it hard to believe that the seller didn't know about this before selling.

Phone arrived very quickly. It is just as pictured and described.

Very prompt delivery. When I received the iPod it didn't seem to work. The seller responded immediately and with the seller's help I discovered that iTunes on my laptop was corrupted and needed to be reinstalled. Now everything works, including an old iPod I thought to be defunct. I'm thrilled....five sparkling stars for sure.

Scott was extremely helpful in answering questions promptly and addressing my billing address error quickly. I especially appreciated that he accommodated my request to ship to Canada despite this not being his normal practice (mind you Canadian users reading this that you will incur some duties - federal and provincial tax, as well as brokerage fees).
