Shipped super quick and item was in impeccable condition.

Terrible service, the watch band is ripped on one side and there were no clear picture of the scratches one the top of the screen. It was more of a fair condition than anything else!! Those scratches are big major scratches!

Phone shipped did not meet the advertised description. Advertised as having light scratches and in good physical condition. Phone sent appeared to have been dropped excessively and sustained physical damage that would warrant an actual repair as result. Aside from the scrapes and indentations on the sides of the phone, the back panel was not adhered properly to the phone (it was slightly open on the top corner of the phone - phone was certainly no longer water submersible). Phone was promptly returned to seller but the seller did not provide an immediate refund. The process of getting a return from the seller was inappropriately delayed and was only given after filing a dispute with PayPal and then further escalating the dispute to a claim. I was finally refunded once PayPal ruled in my favor.
