I purchased an item from this seller and received an empty box full of packing materials. UPS lost my item, but they admitted it was their mistake and refunded the full amount to the seller. The seller gave me a refund with deductions from the total amount that made no sense. I did not receive the item I paid for, so I was rightly expecting a full refund.

This entire time has been a nightmare; I went through a very bad experience. When UPS issued the refund to the seller, I had to find out by contacting UPS myself because the seller never informed me. It has been a constant struggle with the seller over the item that UPS lost. The seller does not offer real solutions and is extremely problematic — a person who only looks out for their own benefit and is impossible to deal with.

In conclusion, this purchase has been a total nightmare. I do not recommend this seller at all and you should avoid them at all costs.
