Happy with the phone! Activated with no problems on MetroPCS. Looks pretty much as described (except for a few minor cracks that I don't think they would have noticed unless they were really looking, so no biggie).

These guys are great. Ordered the phone on Wednesday and recived it Friday in great condition.

Bought a phone which turned out to be defective. I returned it to the seller and received a full, prompt refund. No hassles, no issues. All communication was prompt.

Well finally got this situation resolved. The phone was received with a replacement screen which was poor quality. I offered to keep the phone, pay for a new screen for $60 done locally and the seller Sail Phones would agree to cover approximately 50% or $30, minus the PayPal fee they covered $28. The screen was replaced by the local repair shop and the phone is as good as new. Overall, it cost me more money than I wanted, the hassle greater than it needed to be. Sail Phones, handled things well; however, I felt they should have covered 100% of the replacement screen I paid for vs. only 50%. Still a happy ending, but only because I bore the burden of making it this way, finding the issue, proposing a solution, paying for the solution and now closing out this sale with this post.
