A SHIPPING LABEL was created within 1 to 2 business days.
2. The package was not dropped at the post office until 4 business days.
3. this vendor broke several swappa listing qualifications to be able to sell this piece of JUNK
4. when I went to Apple Genius Bar to have a new battery installed they told me it was a TOTAL MESS inside with stripped and missing screws and a 3rd party display installed which rendered the facial recognition sensor completely useless.
5. refused to issue refund
6. stay FAR AWAY from this vendor - DO NOT BUY from him

Seller provided a phone that was not in the condition advertised, and refused to address the issue. Ultimately, this resulted in the purchasing with a failed phone that could not be repaired. Avoid GSM-Cellular.
1) Claimed to have replaced with a fully functional OEM screen. However, upon set up, the phone indicated screen software updates were not possible. Further, the ambient sensor had failed so the auto brightness control of the screen did not work.
2) The phone had had the back glass replaced using a non-approved process and adhesive that made it impossible to replace/repair. We found this out during repair attempt by an Apple-certified service provided. GSM-Cellular did not mention the back glass replacement in the Listing.

Do not buy from this seller

They send the device had small scratches but it came with large scratches ok the screen

We originally chose this seller because of the high ratings. Unfortunately It took seller 6 days to provide us with the tracking number. It was another couple days before we received the phone. This was my first time using this site, and I am not terribly impressed.

Screen is malfunctioning. The screen is unresponsive and flashes white when left sitting.

Seller was very helpful and receptive after I came back to them with some questions about their device. Fast responses and knowledgable answers.

We are working together on a return since the phone is not working as I expected. Its partially my fault. The seller clearly listed that it had an aftermarket display. I didn't realize this could affect the performance of the phone.

Everything was great!

barely droped it right when i got it and screen cracked a little, but that wasnt a problem, The phones damaged, its component are broke and it will randomly take control of phone and do all kinds of wacky things,. speaker phone works but not with the microphone.

Iphone's touchscreen stopped working within a month

We bought the phone in June and it is now throwing a error saying the parts aren't compatible with Apple and we are getting the black screen of death. $200 phone got us roughly 5 months of life.

iPad was in a glitchy state but return and refund was handled well so I can't say I'm displeased.

Device received is in good condition as advertised. No scratches on screen; camera takes clear photos; battery is at 100% capacity; GPS, wi-fi, and cell services are all functional; home button works, and "Carrier Lock" value is "No SIM restrictions", i.e. unlocked. Storage capacity, color, and model number all match the listing. Serial number provided in the listing is actually the MEID, with one extra digit.

Communication from seller could have been better. Phone arrived in condition described.

Battery condition excellent, phone is unlocked, well packaged. There's an area with many (6+) minor (1/16th in) scratches on the screen glass that is invisible when the display is on and outside of glare. Minor enough that it will likely disappear when a screen glass is applied, and while it probably fits into Good grading, I still think it should have been better documented in the listing photos, with an image of the screen with the display off.

Display was really poorly replaced with a cheap lcd and no waterproof seal was replaced. Battery was not original and adhesive installed incorrectly. Phone was also missing screws. I do not recommend this seller.
