According to "Feedback Star Rating Guidelines" it's just 3 stars.
Good: Phone was delivered, works fine and doesn't have any visible marks of usage.
Bad: Delays in communication and shipping. Phone was shipped 4 days after buying. Package was without USB cable and black case (was advertised as would be included). After additional negotiations cable and case was sent later. Case was without original packaging. All missing accessories came after 16 days from day of buying.

the good: device works, in mint enough condition.
the bad: rooted with custom rom (not in description device was modified. all it said was "mint"). package sent late, all items in package not sent at same time. all item arrived 3 weeks after purchase. device still had some personal info still on it.

Great communication, FAST shipping. Bought the device Friday morning and received the phone Monday morning. Everything was as advertised.
