Device received shipping was fast i though device was ssaled but no at least its on new condition

Sale description and photo clearly says this sale is a phone and Gear VR combo, however seller shipped only the Phone and kept back the gear VR, a search later on found out, seller sold a VR on Swappa. Sellers explanation seems not honest. Will not buy from this seller again.

Update: seller made a partial refund after about two months since the PayPal dispute. Since the seller made the refund of the cost of the gear VR, I changed three star to five star. Thank you.
