My overall comment ranks the seller four out of five stars. It would have been five except there was a glitch in activating the Apple Watch Series 6 right out of the box. The seller responded to my grouch message immediately with a solution to the problem. The problem was a minor oversight on his end. The watch works fine. I won't hesitate to deal with him again..., well should the opportunity arise, anyway.

Hi, the phone says "The SIM card that you currently have in this phone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iphone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this phone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information."
And my carrier is T-mobile.

The device was locked by the carrier and could not be unlocked unless I was the owner of the contract to the device.
