I’m very frustrated that my order was canceled without any notification. If I hadn’t checked, I would have assumed it was on its way. I’m generally understanding—if the item wasn’t available for any reason, I would have accepted that, as long as I had been informed. Failing to notify me is unacceptable and not how business should be conducted. I only discovered the cancellation when I happened to check today. Going forward, I will be reviewing seller feedback more carefully and avoiding vendors with recurring issues. From what I see, this seems to be a common problem with this seller.

Received the phone in good condition

Purchased an iPhone 14 with a “good “ rating. Once i received the phone and tried to set it up with my carrier, it was sim locked. Big waste of time

The purchase started out okay, but quickly went south. The phone was connected to another account. I contact the seller and he informed he had checked and the phone appeared to be clear and not in the black list. Thou, after the a few days of use the phone was blocked by ATT. I was not at home and due to this I had to purchase a phone due to requiring one for work. So to sum up my experience, well I would say it was pretty poor. I was refunded the price in a timely manner, but the inconvenience was very upsetting.

The item was not sent until about nine business days after the item was purchased. Not acceptable! The seller would not look for the package wherever they had dropped it off because it seems like it had most likely been lost. I did eventually receive it thankfully

Arrived earlier than expected. The phone has 0 charge cycles as stated. There is some cosmetic damage in the top right, but it's in fantastic shape otherwise!

Waste of time with this unreliable seller. Canceled purchase the next day and missed out on another deal, money is tied up until refund is completed. Wouldn't recommended buying from this seller. Some kind of scam is going on here based on the many canceled transactions, be aware.

Phone was never received. It’s almost a month after placing the order. Fortunately I’ve had one of my kid’s old phones to get me by. No communication from seller (UPDATE: Seller replied after I reached out. They are busy.). No tracking number. Sale was marked completed without delivery. This is not my first time using Swappa, I’ve purchased a few phones and headset. First time not receiving the product I ordered.

Item received as expected

Phone was received and had it in hand within 2 days! Seamless transaction (even though no tracking number provided by seller) until I tried to activate phone and found out it was locked. Was disappointed that I did not receive what was advertised. Was sent return postage and returned phone. Unsure if will consider again as more work then I have had to do with 5 other purchases I have made with Swappa….Response from Swappa team was fast and timely so will continue to use Swappa!
