Phone was shipped promptly after purchase. Through no fault of his own, USPS firmly planted their heads in their butts and had some delivery issues including additional postage being needed, Joe was kind enough to offer to pay the different in postage. The phone itself arrived in good condition and the additional cases are a nice touch. Overall great experience with Joe, I can't hold USPS being idiots against him (We've all been there)
