Item was a little slow to ship and was not what was described. It was brand new in-box but looks like it was labeled wrong. At this point I really needed a phone so I took it anyway. The seller did try to make it right and refunded me a portion. I still was not 100% satisfied but I will live with it. If you are looking for something very specific, make sure you are getting what you paid for.

The shipping was delayed. I am unsure if this was due to the seller not getting the package to the office in a prompt manner or if the office was just slow. Regardless, I received it. Upon receiving the phone, I noticed that it was full of Verizon applications and locked to Verizon. It was not the phone I purchased. I contacted the seller since it was not the unlocked phone I paid for, and he informed me to return for a full refund since he did not have another phone available.

I ended up just switching carriers to avoid the hassle. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

The item that I received was in great condition, but I just forgot to complete the sale.

The phone had a dead zone on the screen and the keyboard wasn't functional. After days I finally got the seller to reply and agree to a return and refund. Once the phone was returned back to the seller it took them a week to refund the purchase cost. Poor communication -- took them multiple days to reply and would only do so after Swappa got involved.

Device was not advertised correctly, post was for 256GB and the device came with 64GB. More, the refund took too long with delayed responses. Spent time on this transaction and it was NOT a good experience.

Very disappointed in the seller and Swappa for voiding the sale after my purchase and increasing the price of the item. Not impressed.

Phone arrived with visible scratches and NOT in the condition listed. Left sale comment regarding phone immediately after opening the package. 10 days later, absolutely no response from seller. VERY dissatisfied. Clearly they are more interested in churning through inventory and not interested in after-sales support.

After I had purchased the phone, the seller voided the sale and issued me a refund so that they could relist the phone at a higher price.

This phone arrived with a broken mute switch and would not ring when called. I notified the sellers email and received no response.
