The item was as described and in great condition! However, the customer service and the zero communication was awful. The seller put zero efforts in to checking if everything was alright nor was the seller able to solve any of the problems. I ultimately had to track down my package because it was sent to the wrong address as the seller refused to allow a change of address as described per Swappa.

I received my new IPhone 7 plus. I checked my phone out and it is brand new no marks or scratches. My only issue with the seller is the communication. I asked the seller several questions and I never got a response. I would buy from seller again, but I hope communicating with the buyers will become a priority as well.
