The iPad I purchased was not as described. When I contacted the seller, he insulted me and refused to acknowledge the condition. He claimed it was purchased brand new from Apple and when I asked for proof, he did not provide it and avoided the question. I found out it was purchased from Verizon and the embedded SIM card was disabled. The entire time after the sale, the seller was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwilling to help or be honest with me. I do not recommend doing business with this seller
