Transaction went smoothly. But after two weeks, my phone carrier suspended my service because the phone was reported lost or stolen by AT&T. Contacted the seller and sent the phone back. He issued a refund right away. I would be cautious about buying from the seller due to this experience.

Unresponsive seller, very slow shipper. Asked about shipping status but didn't respond until Swappa got involved. Seller created shipping label but USPS didn't have the item until 6 days later. Sent me a phone with defective charging port. I returned the phone and received refund. A few other buyers also received phones with defective charging port from this seller.

Charging port on the device is not fully functional, required extreme pressure for the device to acknowledge the lightning cord. And even then it's possible for it to slip out and lose charging

I received the iPhone, and aesthetically, it looks exactly as described in the listing. However, the downside is that the charging port seems to be faulty. It took me 7 hours to fully charge the phone. Today, I took it to a technician for maintenance, and they confirmed that the issue is with the charging port itself. They mentioned I might need to replace it if the charging problems persist.

The phone came exactly as advertised in the condition specified. My only complaint, and it's minor, was the packing could have been done with a bit more care. The bubble wrap was good, but it still bounced around the box a little. Just a not for the future. But overall, a very good experience.
