AMAZING customer service and device was EXACTLY as described. I unlocked it to work on other companies besides Verizon and am using it on AT&T. (iPhones, and soon, most phones, from VZW will not be factory unlocked unless first used with a Verizon sim - learned this the hard way lol!) Thanks SOOOO MUCH!

Seller was rude to me. Be careful when you deal with him. The device he send to me got really heat and battery drains fast. Per swappa policy buyer is responsible for return shipping and thought it would be good to keep it and fix it without paying return shipping. Had to pay extra $31 to apple to fix it
