Very fast shipping; phone was in almost new condition, as advertised.

Shipping was not as fast as promised. Listing stated it would be in the mail same day if before 5 p.m. and the USPS tracking number shows that the label was not even printed until 4 days later. Seller told me it was dropped off the next day. Other than that happy with the phone.

The online communication between the seller was very poor. I wouldn't get a response for days at a time through either Swappa or email. Honestly, I have no issues other than getting the wrong cord. Would have been 5 stars easy. Not into online buying from sites like Ebay, but this one is legit.

Shipped promptly, thanks! Not quite "MINT" condition though! Had one somewhat deep scratch on the screen and a number of smaller scratches. (Unless those were consequences of shipping, in which case, I learned the importance of wrapping carefully if I sell a device. This one was wrapped in a sheet of paper.) I won't take away a star for this, because it was marked down lower than other "mint" condition phones. And I do appreciate the good device! :)
