The device was shipped in a timely manner. However, not sure the device was new. It appeared to be in mint used condition, but the factory screen protector film had clearly been removed and then replaced. So, that and the lack of factory plastic box wrapping makes it hard to confirm that the device was actually new resale. Other than that, I suppose everything was ok.

The phone was not in mint/ new condition. The seller failed to disclose a small scratch on the home button. other than that, the rest of the phone was like new and functions properly. I will end up staying with the phone because the price was reasonable and the small blemish is not that noticeable. Make sure you request more pictures before purchasing any items from this seller. I will give a rating of 5 either way because the seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue and refunded me money for the scratch
