The phone was in slight lower condition than "Like New". It worked fine but as I have used the phone it is clear the battery does not hold a charge under normal use. Battery is depleted at the end of the day and I must charge over night. I feel I paid $50.00 to $100 too much for the phone based on this.

Presently this device is running android 6.0, seller need to confirm if this device will get android 7.0 upgrade through ota. The Motorola X Pure was exactly as described by the seller-in mint condition. There were no scratches or marks on it of any kind as far as I can tell. The seller also shipped the phone out quickly and I had it in hand two days after purchasing it.
