The phone was exactly as described, and it works super well so far, though its functionality was pointed out as such in the listing's description. I'm nothing short of pleased with Amy's attention to detail (the phone was at half charge for storage, thoughtfully cleaned, with a screen protector) and would buy from her again.

Received the phone in a timely fashion with everything included that was listed. My initial impressions are that the phone is very satisfactory in operation. The little dings on the back of the case are so minor and inconsequential that they cannot be held against the sale. Thus, I'm a very happy with my purchase so far. I will update this review if any issues arise.
