Phone was received in excellent condition and works very well. Took one star off since the phone was jailbroken, which was not mentioned in the listing. Removing the jailbreak was a bit of a pain.

Posted a phone that was not as described or leaving information out of the description. He accepted a return but the communication was slow. Agreed to a refund but never fulfilled it or took action upon it. I had to go through extra steps of speaking to Paypal. Next time be prompt with communication and processed of whats needed. Worst experience on I've had and it all falls on you.
