Very fast response time. Had an issue initially with the ear piece and he worked with me to try to figure it out. I figured out it was not the phone, but that I have an older sim card that didn't work with the phone. Phone is working great and he was very patient during my troubleshooting.

Item was received incomplete, communication from both seller and swappa were terrible and virtually non existent, had to open a paypal case before I could get a response and get a partial refund. I actually had to open a paypal case twice on this purchase because initially, tracking number was invalid and seller wouldn't respond to inquiries as to why it was invalid for several days, took opening a paypal case to get a response.
