Horrible customer service. I have purchased hundreds of phones on Swappa and I have never had such a bad experience. This seller sent me a phone that was not accurately listed and the rear camera wouldn't focus. When I tried to get a refund, they said I had to pay for return shipping and a 3% return fee. I filed a claim with PayPal and they sided with me.

I had an issue with my first phone and the seller was quick to respond to help out me out. I exchanged for another phone everything worked great!

I was fairly happy with my s9 plus at first, only a few minor scratches. But the more I used the phone the less satisfied I became. I kept it for a couple weeks but it's coming up on the 30 day mark and I'm wondering how I can swap it for another one.. First, I noticed when the screen was white, that there was a line that separates the top half of the screen, which was slightly more off white, than the bottom half of the screen. Second, when I watch TV, I cast it from my phone and I've been having to reconnect a lot because it will just freeze. Not only that, but when I've got something plugged into a port while it's casting my phone will go solid white with a blue line running vertically across the screen. I've had two s7 edges and neither one ever gave me these problems. Another thing is, immediately after I update the phone it tells me I still need to update it, I've done this at least 6 times. Apps that I never had problems with are freezing. Please help.

Phone was as described. Very clean, no scratches, no screen damage and all functions are working so far. Phone was activated without issue, so far. The only neutral review I would have is the shipping process and I'm not sure if it's Swappa or the sellers policy. The phone is to ship, within 2 days of purchase, where on the 2nd day the tracking label is generated, but the unit still does not ship. Generating a tracking number, does not mean the item is shipped. Package took a week to to arrive, then it was put in the mailbox, after the regular mail had already come, after 7pm.
