phone was dead and extremely dirty. back glass was coming off due to battery swollen. we replaced battery. will not buy from this seller again!!!!!!

Seller sent item not as described in the sale. Called it good, though the screen looked like someone cleaned it with a wire brush. They took the camera photos from a straight drown from above angle, to hide the scratches and the depth of the deep scratch on the back of the case. When I asked for explanation I was told I needed to pay for a return shipping label and once they receive it, they will ship the replacement. I sent back and provided tracking number. almost 2 days after they received the item back they issued a partial refund (only refunded 204 out 214 dollars, guessing i need to pay for their shipping too when they send out improperly listed conditioned items), and are no longer responding to messages. Steer clear of these people.
