Seller omitted poor battery info on a "NON REMOVABLE" battery on a REFURBISHED device and when called upon for return which he offered - DENIED stating "Battery usage is dependent on a great many things. I do not believe that to be cause for a return."

If this is the "daily driver - seller sold a device without mentioning vital flaws and refused to return". This dishonesty would NOT FLY on Ebay.

The s pen sensor is faulty. Sometimes the pen won't work and the phone thinks the pen is in the slot even when it is not. It was like this right from the moment I turned it on, and is probably due to a broken sensor piece found in the pen's holding bay. This probably happened during shipping, as it would have been noted on the description were it something the seller knew. Im taking it to a Sprint store today for repairs.
