I wanted to give myself some time with this phone before writing my review. I upgraded from an S9. Phone arrived quickly and was in pristine condition. My only complaint is the packaging. Item was shipped in orginal box inside a bubble mailer and could have easily been damaged in shipping. Luckily it arrived unscathed. Seller was responsive to all my questions and phone was as described. Thanks!

The seller was wonderful! I mistakenly ordered the wrong phone. I let him know before shipping it to me that I had made an honest mistake and wanted to cancel the purchase. He agreed and refunded me my money. I would recommend buying from this seller.

This item is essentially mint condition. It needed only a battery reconditioning, which should be expected on what's essentially a new first generation Pixel phone. After that battery reconditioning, everything was smooth sailing. I'll definitely do business with this seller again! 5/5!

I received the item and accessories as described in a timely fashion (can't remember how long). The iPad was "PERFECT CONDITION". All items worked out of the box, as expected. The seller was relatively responsive in both the comments and direct messages. I would buy from this seller again!

I ordered a space gray 256 GB iPad Pro 11” from this seller back in December and the iPad was labeled as “mint condition” but upon arrival it had a scratch on the side near the volume buttons. I ordered this specific iPad because it was labeled as “mint” and that was simply untrue. I also had a problem with the sellers choice of packaging. It was 2 or 3 bubble wrap envelopes encased in a paper envelope from USPS that arrived in a less than good condition. It was only the iPad itself placed within those envelopes. I was at least expecting it to arrive with its original Apple iPad box, and this was not the case. So the scratch was either a result of the poor packaging from the seller or it was not actually in “mint” condition as listed. Either way it is poor business practice. The package was also delayed many times but that was not at the fault of the seller. This review and rating is subject to change if the seller is willing to rectify the conditions of this sale.

Experience was good - however, from this purchase I learned to look super closely at the pictures provided! The watch I ordered had many scuffs on the face, which were *almost* hidden in the pictures. Had I looked at the pictures with that much more scrutiny, I would have seen all the scratches/scuffs. I bought this as a gift, and he was okay with it - but buyers, beware of this in the future (not necessarily from this seller).

Seller cancelled the transaction because the phone had major issues without telling me first. I was refunded but it cost me $50CDN ($40 US) in refund fees with Paypal and the seller didnt want to compensate me for that. Im just feeling robbed and without answers
