Shipping was prompt and the device was physically as advertised.
Except there was an intermittent problem (eg after being on all day) with the Recent and Back hard buttons.
The seller was very responsive. And after the issue did not go away, was very willing to issue a full refund.
I have no idea what was going on, but the seller resolved the matter with grace.

Seller did not mention/warn about some light screen burn (keyboard area), it's barely noticeable but it's there and it annoys me. The advertised scratches are there and it's ok, but screen burn is kind of a big deal for me and I am not pleased at all, seller should have mentioned it.

Ordered my phone the 14th of feburary and it came in on the 17th of feb, Phone came in good condition other than the back adhesive is worn so the back comes off, easy fix. Great Seller, Would buy again if i had to
