Initially phone listed as having no scratches. However, there were small scratches on the screen. When I notified the seller, they were willing to work with me to provide a partial refund in a timely manner. Otherwise, the phone was advertised as promised.

I received the phone with a small scratch on the camera glass, the seller claimed to not know it was there. To be fair it's only visible from specific angles. They were however very responsive and offered a complete refund but the scratch doesn't impact photos or the camera at all so I decided to keep the device. Seeing the crack or being aware pre-purchase may have changed my mind to purchase it in the first place but overall the seller went above and beyond with prompt and quick responses and did what they could. Otherwise the device was as described in great working condition.
