The item ended up being slightly defective, despite the seller thoroughly testing it and me inspecting it on the spot of the sale. Unfortunately I noticed a few minutes after the fact, but the seller was responsive and worked with me to remedy the issue. Phone works in Texas but not sure about overseas capabilities because I found out later after bought where the cell is coming from with the test mode. Seller needs to explain about item shipping from because it will make a buyer not happy.
