The phone came almost exactly as described. The seller failed to describe what looks like light bleeding happening on the display panel. It doesn't obstruct the viewing of the display so it's not that big of an issue and im willing to look past it. All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Easy buying process. Quick delivery within 2 days. Had a couple issues with the phone screen not working but started working again. Happened once since but was able to get it working by restarting the phone. Heard that it can occur for the Iphone 6s plus. John was able to address my concerns immediately via messages through swappa. He assured me if there were any issues, I can go to an Apple store with the warranty that came with the phone! Overall excellent customer service by John. Recommend his services!

Phone was package in a soft pack envelop and put into a small box with newspaper to ensure no damage during shipping process. Phone in great condition and looks to be in perfect working condition. If there are any issues, I will make sure to post and let the seller know. Thanks for the Iphone!
